Ingredients

  • 4 cups cranberry juice cocktail chilled
  • 4 cups apple cider chilled
  • 2 cups orange juice chilled
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 bottle (1 L) ginger ale chilled
  • 1 apple medium, thinly sliced
  • 1 orange medium, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 2 cups ice

Equipment

  • 1 5-quart punch bowl

Method

  1. Stir together the cranberry juice cocktail, apple cider, orange juice, and lemon juice in a 5-quart punch bowl.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Just before serving, stir in the ginger ale.
  4. Add the apple slices, orange slices, fresh cranberries, and ice.

Notes

For the best fizz, add the ginger ale and ice just before serving. Refrigerate leftovers for up to 2 days; the punch will lose carbonation. Freezing is not recommended. For a lower-sugar option, use unsweetened sparkling water instead of ginger ale.
