Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 3 oz Prosecco chilled
  • 2 oz Aperol
  • 1 oz cranberry juice cocktail
  • 1 oz club soda chilled
  • 2 dashes Angostura aromatic bitters
  • 1 orange slice

Equipment

  • 1 large wine glass

Method

  1. Fill a large wine glass with the ice.
  2. Pour in the Prosecco, Aperol, cranberry juice cocktail, club soda, and bitters.
  3. Stir gently once or twice to combine.
  4. Garnish with the orange slice and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve immediately for the best bubbles; refrigerate assembled leftovers for up to 1 day, though they will lose carbonation. Freezing is not recommended. For a lower-sugar variation, use unsweetened cranberry juice instead of cranberry juice cocktail.
